Hard Hat Yarns publishes short videos about workplace health and safety on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, and operates this website and an internal publishing tool that uses YouTube API Services for our own channel only.

3. AI-generated content
Our characters (Gelo, Rocco, Manny and Ally) are AI-generated avatars, and some visuals, voices and music are created with AI or synthesis tools. Sketches and stories are fictional. Any resemblance to real workplaces or incidents is coincidental.

5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, characters and branding of Hard Hat Yarns are ours. You may share links to our videos, but you may not republish or modify our content without permission.
6. Third-party links
We link to external sites (regulators, legislation, platforms). We are not responsible for their content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
